The approach to design starts with an assessment of the existing property. Inventory is taken as to the location
of key elements; the house, decks, patios, fences, the driveway and paths, existing trees and shrubs.
Practical considerations such as how the site relates to the compass, sun exposure, which direction prevailing winds
and weather come from, desirable views and views that need to be screened are noted. Our experience in horticultural
science allows us to design your landscape to look beautiful as it grows from season to season and to maintain the
value of your investment.
Finally, a list of features of what you want in your yard is developed by our certified arborists and designers and plans
are drawn to hand-craft a design for an "outdoor room" that is environmentally sensitive, regionally appropriate and a
beautiful addition to your world.
